Our fabulous indoor shopping village is situated in a large marquee, providing visitors with the opportunity to buy from a
wide range of independent, unique traders. Durham County Shows very own shopping village is always popular and early booking for stands is recommended.
The stalls are located in our huge marquee. A very impressive and welcoming marquee which can be seen by visitors from all across the show ground. The marquee has pitches for around eighty stalls and each year our shopping marquee boasts the very best creative goods and products, from confectionery to meats, cheeses to preserves, jewellery to bags and much more. Due to the huge increase in visitors each year the stalls have become very popular so it is a good idea to book early.

1. Indoor trade space is pitches of maximum 3M frontage using standard paste tables (no L Shaped table arrangements) select the number of pitches you need for the space and tables required, pay for your pitch securely here on our website using any credit/debit card.
2. Download the trade booking forms using the blue button below. Complete the forms and return as directed.
along with copies of your insurance documents and your risk assessment forms. Insurance forms may run out before the show we therefore ask that all traders carry current documents whilst on site.

Outdoor trade stands/own gazebo-exhibition unit. 3-20m frontage plots. Price is for both days
Custom plots are available by contacting our trade secretary.
1.For outdoor traders, select the size you require in metres for frontage from the sizes below,click and pay for your pitch securely here on the website. After payment you will receive a link to download your trade rules. (outdoor pitches are about max 10m depth sufficient to fit one vehicle behind).
2. Download the trade booking forms using the blue button below. Complete them and return them as directed along with copies of your insurance documents and your risk assessment forms. CATERING - Hot/Cold foods/Alcohol & Bars/Coffee/Ice Cream
Sited ring side and in our food village. For serving food for consumption at the show. Trading from purpose built units.
